ADMISSION PROCESS

STEP 1: APPLY AND GET THE INVITATION LETTER

To apply for studies and get the invitation letter, it is required to send us the scanned copies of the following documents:

• Copy of International passport
• Copy of School leaving certificate
• Filled Application form
• Copy of Bachelor’s degree with the transcripts (only for PG students)
• Invitation letter fees

Payment can be transferred to us by Bank transfer, Western Union or Money Gram.

After documents and payment are received, we will send the invitation letter by the courier.

STEP 2: VISA APPLICATION

After getting invitation letter, applicants should contact the nearest Embassy of Russia or the Consulate.  He/she should apply to Russian Embassy with the following documents:

• Original Invitation letter
• Original International passport (valid at least for two years)
• High school leaving certificate with the transcript (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Russian Embassy or with the Apostille Stamp on it)
• Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

STEP 3: ARRIVAL

After getting visa from the Embassy of Russia or Consulate, students should inform us about his/her flight details with date and arrival time in advance (at least 5 days before departure date in order to organize airport pick up). One of our representative will receive the student at the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she shall be deported back to homeland.

Student should bring the following documents along with:

• International passport with the Visa
• Copy of the invitation letter
• Payment receipt of complete first-year expenses paid
• 8 Passport sized photos (3X4)
• Medical Certificate showing absence of AIDS/HIV
• Original High school leaving certificate (should be legalized by the Russian Embassy or with the Apostille Stamp)
